Shipping Policy USA
For Sterling silver, bronze, pewter and enamel jewelry:
If the item you order is in stock (it almost always is!) then it will be shipped the day you purchase it or the very next day. Once in a while it may take us an extra day to get it in the mail.
We are located near Mountainair NM - so that is where your package will originate from.
Unless otherwise requested, your package will be sent in a 6 X 9 bubble envelope, US mail for $3.95 shipping and handling. All orders $50 and up will receive free shipping. All sterling silver items, all stud earrings and all brooches will come in an attractive wheat colored gift box with The Magic Zoo logo in green foil on the top.
Pewter, bronze and enamel necklaces will come in a small zip lock bag, with an information card about the artist included. Pewter and enamel earrings will also come on an attractive folded card with some information about The Magic Zoo, so the person who receives it as a gift knows it was hand crafted!
Priority mail in the USA is $8.95 and usually takes 1 to 3 business days based on origin, destination, and drop-off time.
You may also request your item be sent express mail. In most locations, express mail will arrive the next day. But if you live off the beaten path, it could take 2 days to arrive. Express mail is $26.35.

14K Gold Jewelry:
Most 14K gold items are cast individually when you order. The only exceptions are the 14K gold veterinary and veterinary technician items. I try to have them in stock, but occasionally do run out and have to have them individually cast when the order is placed.
But for all other gold designs, it will take about 7-10 days for them to be completed and ready to ship. If you are in a rush, email me, call me or leave a message when you order and I can probably speed things up a bit.
All 14K gold designs will arrive in an attractive gift box with The Magic Zoo logo in green foil on the lid. They have a small information card inside the box as well.
14K gold items (unless otherwise requested) will be shipped in a small priority box, with free insurance coverage.
But if you choose the express option, you will be charged $26.35. Express usually takes 1 to 2 days to arrive once the 14K gold piece is ready to ship.
For Name Badges:
Name badges take about 7-10 days to complete. First the plate is engraved with your name, title, etc. by my engraver (who is outside my studio) and then the plates are shipped to me so I can add the Magic Zoo design and mail it to you.
They are shipped to you in either a 6 X 9 bubble envelope or a small priority box, depending on the number of badges you order.
Shipping Policy Outside the USA
The Magic Zoo ships to many countries outside the USA. For any order up to $150, the first class international shipping price will cover it. If you are ordering items totaling over $150, or if you are ordering any 14K gold item even if it is less than $150, it must be shipped either Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box (about $39.95 for most countries) or Priority Mail Express International Flat Rate Envelope (about $64.95 for most countries).
