Sterling Silver Pendants Make Wonderful Gifts
Beautiful sterling silver pendants can have meaning beyond the gift itself. And if your beloved daughter, girlfriend, wife or niece has some sort of animal or pet they’re crazy about, my magic zoo pendants would be a great match.
For an all around cutie, the sweet-faced dangling monkey pendant is a design you can’t go wrong with. My intention was to create a monkey based on a design I made years ago of a monkey hanging from a tree branch. That particular little primate was also holding a banana in his hand! I have one other monkey pendant in sterling so you do have a choice here.
This past year I got inspired by those little clowns, the grey squirrels that entertain me all day in the back yard as I work at my desk. My unique sterling silver squirrel pendant is another all around pretty choice for anyone who has a basic love for wildlife. Avid gardeners and bird watchers would get a kick out of this one as well.
It’s always fun to think up a symbol for the dog. I have paw print jewelry, but recently designed a rather impressive silver bone pendant that any dog lover would get a kick out of. Fairly often I hear the lament “Nobody ever makes my breed of dog,” so I thought it’d be wise to come up with something that would cover more than one breed, in other words a design that would symbolize dogs in general. Plus, think of all those dog lovers that have mixed breeds! This pendant would be a good way to go. But then again, if your birthday girl has one of a number of the dogs that I do represent, from a sweet-faced beagle pendant to a lugubrious basset, you can always go that route instead.
One of the most entertaining (for me) jewelry designs I’ve created is the interesting silver raven pendant. I went all out on this design, even including a branch and leaves for him to perch on. I think it’s a good looking piece by any account, but if that special lady likes crows or ravens, this would probably be a tremendous hit.
Speaking of things that fly, the pretty butterfly pendant could hang sweetly around anyone’s lovely neck. It was delicately crafted so that a young girl or a grown woman could wear it. And the butterfly is certainly a creature that most anyone has an appreciation for. My 4 year old granddaughter, though too young for this pendant, already has an avid interest in these lovely creatures, and follows them as best she can as they flit around her backyard.
Two of my other favorites are the lovely quarter horse pendant (great for young riders), the every popular silver turtle pendant . I really think I have a good selection; that was certainly my intention and I hope you find just what you’re looking for here!
