Carson is a plucky little bunny who made an appearance one day at the OVMA exhibit hall at the Columbus House Rabbit Society booth. Carson is neutered and litter-box trained. Danielle Patterson, who is associated with the group, told me he is very fond of Timothy hay and fresh veggies. (Timothy hay is a type of grass very good for rabbit health)I also learned about some interesting bunny behavior known in rabbit circles as “bunny binkies”. Danielle described it as “a quick jump up in the air accompanied by a full body twist.” She told me it is a rabbit’s jump for joy. I’d love to see that! Any rabbit lovers out there have a photo series depicting a bunny binkie? (Send them to me and I will put them up with this article.)
