Description: Many of my pins can also be worn as a pendant, but this little guy refused to balance correctly and he is, alas only a pin. But what a cute one! I’ve forgiven him for not cooperating. If you fancy another breed, do peruse the rest of my sterling canine pins. If you are a cairn terrier lover, perhaps you would agree with some of my other customers that this sterling silver westie pin could double as a cairn terrier. Westie have a coat that tends to shed more or less continuously, so daily grooming is a must. The outer coat itself grows to about 2 inches with a short and soft undercoat. One great advantage of the breed is that they have a rather dry skin that exudes no doggie odor! I would count that as a great advantage, all right! It seems that would make up for the fact that you had to get the dog brush out every day. The Westie has a cute face with the fur rather thick and beautiful dark eyes set rather widely apart in the head. The height of the dog is only about eleven inches.
