The ideal long coat takes a while to grow. If the puppy has a full long coat as early as ten or twelve months, then it is probably not going to have the perfect adult coat, so “they” say. There’s also some moulting that goes on with this dog. Some of the dogs shed all of the feathering and a lot of the body hair all at the same time.
