Description: I enjoyed crafting it and love the beautiful silver gleam of this piece. It combines well with the sterling silver Doberman dangling earrings for a really “put together “look. I think sterling silver jewelry can work well for casual attire or going out on the town. (The silver pin pendant depicting a German Shepherd is another fine selection.) Some of the familiar features of the Doberman are the beautiful almond shaped eyes and the neat little ears that are rather high on the dog’s head. Most often the tail is docked at the second joint, although perhaps that practice will become less popular along with not docking the ears. One of my dog books has a photograph of a Doberman with the ears unclipped but the tail still docked. Fashions come and go with dogs as with other things as well, I suppose. This dog has a good reputation as a police dog as is definitely in the working dog category. They are slender dogs, but quite powerful. Care of the Doberman’s coat is pretty easy. It can be massaged with a cloth or brush, shining it to a soft gleam. I just read that if the dog is to be a show dog, you have to remove the whiskers. Now how is that done?
