Description: I normally wear this on a silver chain around my neck, and it gives me great pleasure to answer the questions about it that I inevitably receive. Mostly “Where did you get that?” I can’t tell you how satisfying it is to say that I made it!(Even if I do get a lot of skeptical looks.) At least I know that I’m telling the truth! I tend to wear it with the matching earrings just because I happen to like sets. Did you know that there are only 35 species of cats, our little domesticated house cat being one of those 35 species? All the other cats are, of course wild cats. There is quite a size variance as well as lots of colors differences from one species to the next. There are some basic similarities that all cats have in common. Most cats have a basically round head, the face being somewhat flat. Their bodies are streamlined, built for quick bursts of speed to help them hunt. They live in an assortment of different environments, from hot sandy deserts to tropical rain forests.
