What would my favorite sterling silver bird pin pendant be? Hmm, that’s a tough one.
To me, the one with the most personality is the African grey pin pendant. Such a jolly little glint in that mischievous face!
The first time I met a live parrot was in the Santa Cruz mountains in California about 16 years ago. We were looking at a rental to move into when a long-haired bearded man came outside with a Blue and Gold Macaw perched on his arm. That bird was so full of personality that I never forgot him! And the odd thing is I can’t even remember what he did that impressed me so much. One thing I felt in his presence was intelligence, which surprised me. I love birds and think they are absolutely beautiful, but I don’t usually think of them as having much going on in the “smarts” department. But you could tell just being in this macaw’s presence that he was thinking. Very interesting!
You want to know what the best thing about these pin pendants is? It’s all in the name! Sometimes you just feel like wearing a pin. No problem! Other times a large pendant is just the thing to wear. Still no problem!
