Description: This design is also available as caduceus earrings, so the doctor can wear an entire veterinary jewelry set. The sterling silver earrings can also be purchased from The Magic Zoo in a smaller size. The caduceus looks quite nice hung from one of my sterling silver chains. Of course if you already have a chain, you’re all set. To me, this is an especially lovely design. The size of the piece makes it noticeable enough that you really can’t miss it on someone. On my home page you’ll see my sweet daughter in law Diana modeling it if you slide the cursor down the different types of jewelry to the right of her picture. Then you can really see how it looks when being worn. She looks pretty good as a vet! I know the caduceus is an important symbol of your profession. That’s why I make a couple of different choices. This was actually the first one I made. Then there were some that felt it was too large so I had to recreate it only in a daintier size. I like them both, but my true allegiance is to this larger one because the little parts that make up the whole can be seen easier. I think it’s a handsome piece of sterling silver veterinary jewelry.
