Description: These sterling silver drop earrings make a wonderful set in combination with the caduceus pendant of the same size. I want to point out that these veterinary earrings are not heavy, despite being larger. I do, however, make a smaller version if you prefer. If you are looking for something unusual for your veterinary friend or relative (and if she is fond of larger sized earrings) this might be a good choice. Overall I would say this particular design is more popular as a pendant, and the smaller caduceus drop earrings are more commonly worn by my customers along with it. Many of you have met me at a Veterinary Meeting at one time or another, and if you have you may know how fond I am of you and your profession! After all, I could be spending my time at conventions for people doctors, but I prefer the friendly and definitely non arrogant attitude and nature of the vet. Not to mention the fact that I’d rather make animal jewelry than little brains and livers. Think about it, what could I make for these guys that they’d identify with? I actually did have a neurosurgeon once ask me for a little brain tie tack. I politely declined.
