Description: Some consider that the French bulldog is just the French equivalent of the English bulldog, but I can’t see how that could be possible. Sure they have something in common, but I can’t see how the only claim to fame this little dog would have would be this “other” version of another dog! His face may be square like the English bulldog, but it isn’t really the same shape and the whole look of the dog is different to me, at least from a layman’s perspective. (Are we laymen or laywomen for that matter allowed to have perspectives?)  Those ears are a wondrous thing indeed. Some say they are reminiscent of a bat’s ears, but to me they look like nothing other than what they are; the wonderful and expressive ears of one of the world’s most interesting looking dogs. Not to mention cute, did I already say that? Sometimes as I read about dogs there will be one that particularly strikes my fancy as a little companion I wouldn’t mind having myself. The Frenchie is without a doubt one of those dogs. Overall, a most congenial little dog, and one that deserves an image of himself  for you to wear around as in my sterling silver French bulldog earrings!
