Description: Bats are divided into two basic groups. There are the microchiropterans and the megachiropterans. The ones in the first group are the smaller bats. The 2nd group includes the flying foxes that some people find more attractive with their big eyes and small ears. And the little ones do have some odd looking members. Well, actually all of them are pretty odd looking. They weren’t built for beauty, at least in the eyes of us humans. But every weird skin flap and nasty looking face is there for a good reason.
