For quite a few years I’ve been making guinea pig jewelry in one form or another. They are extremely cute rodents, in my estimation, and I for one don’t think you can have too much guinea pig jewelry. I suspect the guinea pig made it from it original home in South American to American households as a pet due to its charming voice. They make some pretty delightful sounds. They seem quite friendly, as well as having agreeable cleanliness and that great soft coat. They could be a perfect small pet for children as some live to about 15 years of age. (Be aware that depending on your timing you may end up with a guinea pig collection under your care about the time your child is heading off to college)
