I like this idea of the biggest dog together with a little cat on a name badge. It has a nice harmony and shows that a big difference in outer form doesn’t stop two animals from getting along, or at least sitting happily side by side on a name plate. In old cartoons the cat and the dog were often at war with each other and that doesn’t seem to be so much the case in real life today.

Whenever I see a Great Dane in my neighborhood I am always struck by their graceful motions and gate. They seem to move more like a horse than a dog. Now, at home they might be flopping around all over the floor or sleeping on their back with legs in the air or making a mess while eating but I only get to see them at their dignified best. To me they are one of the most beautiful dog breeds. I hope my Great Dane name badge does them justice.

I have the long haired cat on here as a small companion and imagine they get along great.
The two of them have very different things to do inside and outside a home so shouldn’t get in each other’s way a bit.
