It would also set you apart as someone who does have a sense of humor, which is especially nice for someone who is concerned about their pet. I think it’s a good thing when the client feels he or she can talk to the veterinarian and not have to treat them as if they had an unapproachable godlike presence. I think that people get into that habit from dealing with the human medical side of things. And it seems to be something that MDs probably encourage. I think that is nonsense. Especially when you want the client to understand what he needs to do to bring the pet back to health. Are you a veterinarian with a large practice?
