Description: What a menagerie! I think that if you are one of the wonderful people that has to be “on” all day with this variety of animals, then you deserve a little bit of playfulness in what you have to wear to identify yourself. Why not! It’s good to remind your clients not to be too serious either. I would just make a wild guess that if a client is upset, that the animal friend he’s brought to you would be a bit more nervous about the visit. I have the most experience in bringing cats to the vet. They are pretty high strung generally speaking. But the dogs are usually none too thrilled either. I have no idea how hard it is to handle a parrot. Do they have the same nervousness about going to the doctor as the rest of us do? I can’t really picture what their reaction might be. It would be nice to have a colorful bunch three animal name tag designs in clay to greet the clients with. I had an interesting thing happen not too long ago when I was bringing a cockatiel to a local vet’s office. (The bird had just wandered onto our property) When I walked in the door one of the vets happened to be wearing a name badge I’d made! It really was a cheery looking badge, and for the first time I was able to view it from the eyes of a client. Interesting experience. This golden retriever, white cat and African grey name badge would be a great start for a lot of beautiful name tags!
