Description: The cockatoo as a choice for a name badge works pretty well because the color goes with just about anything. White and black are neutral colors and easy to combine with. The umbrella cockatoo was very gracious to present us with such an agreeable coloring in his feathers! Anytime I’ve seen a cockatoo they’ve seemed like the sweetest birds. I know they have a good reputation for being affectionate, and from my observation that certainly seems true. It must be rewarding to be able to raise a crest to show different emotions, especially when you have a beak you so really can’t smile. I know the raised crest means different things, and perhaps within individual groups of birds or even one particular bird it might signify a particular feeling. If you are getting name tags with one clay animal for everyone at the clinic, then by all means it’s nice to get everyone an animal they are fond of. I tried to give some basic choices, like a clay golden retriever name tag, and of course, a custom pet can also be ordered. Why not a cockatoo name badge, I say!
