Gold post earrings with all this charm are always a good choice for a woman or girl with newly pierced ears, or for anyone who just prefers a smaller gold earring with that extra something! These little gold faces have a special appeal and seem to have a life all their own! It’s funny, but when I design my jewelry sometimes I get the feeling I am endowing it with a life all its own. It’s probably just that I want people to enjoy wearing what I create, and I like to make happy jewelry, but sometimes I just can’t shake the feeling that the earrings have their own personalities. It really does shine through in the gold jewelry. There’s an extra challenge making jewelry that is so tiny. Whenever I create post earrings either in gold, silver or pewter my goal is to pack as much expression and detail as possible into as small a space as possible! Sometimes I wonder what it would be like making jewelry with my hands under one of those giant magnifiers you see if you read one of those shopping catalogs you find on an airline flight. Maybe I’ll try it someday. The backs on the gold stud earrings are also 14k, of course. That’s why people who are allergic to just about every metal except 14k gold can wear my gold post earrings. |
