cow pendant but each has it's own expression. The size you like would probably

Description: If you'd like to pin him down as to the specifics its most likely a Holstein cow- the dairy cow par excellance. Reportedly the average Holstein in the US produces 2650 gallons of milk per year! That is over 7 gallons 1 quart per day. I had no idea. It is dawning on me why in these old European fairy tales everyone is always try;ing to acquire a cow or trade a cow for a lot of valuable things. One cow per family is quite a bit of food. Even if you didn't make any ice cream it would still be pretty good. It's probably time to do a little survey and find out what other cow jewelry people are interested in out there. I'm thinking how nice the horns can be for the design process and there are some magnificent cattle not too far from where I live. Studying animals is always a good excuse to get out into the countryside away from computers and my studio acitivity. Yes, some cow observation is in order. I'm not picky, either. I'll observe any farm life I find. After all I have a 14k donkey pendant and many another lovely farm animal in gold pendant form! We normally use 14 k gold in casting all our cow jewelry as that seems to be the standard look that most people are after. You can always email a special request which may or may not be possible.
