About Our Gold Marine Animal Earrings

How many gold marine animals will I be able to design as time marches on? If I have anything to say about it (which of course only I have everything to say about it) it will be an oodle of them. Definition of “oodle”…A Lot! If you divide the world’s animals into the land lubbers and the sea dwellers, I’d say Magic Zoo land animals have outnumbered the sea animals by, what? One thousand to six? It’s preposterous! Since I have absolutely very little ability to calculate in mathematical thinking, I could be a little off, but not by much. It is probably about time to put my land creature designing on the temporary shelf and get busy with the whales and the fishes. I love the forms of the animals in the sea. Or in any body of water. They have such aesthetic shapes just by virtue of having to swim to earn their living. What is more graceful than the leaping of a dolphin or the waving of an Octopus’s tentacles. It’s a symphony of movement. And I’m happy that so many human beings feel like I do about the Ocean depths. These animals are part of our planet- just because what’s under the ocean is not in front of our eyes, it’s easy to pretend it has no importance. This is how dolphins end up in fisherman’s nets and sea turtles are injured by eating plastic bags they mistake for jellyfish. I will design more gold marine animal jewelry because the animals are beautiful and I want to remind people that they are, indeed, there.
