Description: I know a lot of horsewomen. They may be acquaintances, but nonetheless I do have a little familiarity with what they’re looking for in the way of equine related designs. Thus, I have been expanding my 14k gold horse charms (I especially like the new gold quarter horse charm.) I know from talking to these women that they truly love their horses. I thought what better design for a horsewoman than a heart with the horse shoe on it, facing in the “good luck” position, of course. I was really pleased with how the design turned out, and think it’s especially nice as 14k gold horse jewelry. It’s the kind of design that can go anywhere and as a charm, really set off an outfit on a beautiful gold charm bracelet. There is a thing or two to know about the shoe of the horse, I’ve come to find out. It seems that horses have even more trouble with their feet than we humans do, and that’s saying a lot! Too bad we all can’t just run around with our feet unfettered, the way nature intended. Of course nature didn’t intend us to be walking and sometimes running around on hot asphalt. Not fit for human or horse. Since horse shoes do indeed exist, and since they seem to have become a symbol of both good luck and the noble horse himself, I created this simple and pleasant design- the gold horseshoe heart charm. |
