Description: There are a few of these rowdy little characters in the next block over, that exuberantly bark at Ed and I if they happen to be out when we’re taking our walk. They don’t seem at all vicious, but man can they bark! They have got to be fantastic watch dogs. They are dogs that love to run very fast, and I bet would be thrilled to have an area about the size of a football field to just go crazy in. They seem like the kind of dog that you have to try and wear out so they’ll go to sleep at night, something like a toddler. Of course that plan probably doesn’t work any better with dogs than it does with my granddaughter. It’s said that the mother schnauzer can be a little nervous, but still manages to raise her puppies well. That sounds typical of so many mothers today. Too much television and not enough games of hopscotch. Or too many video games and not enough reading of books. Sorry, I’m just a little analogy prone. I hope you have a space for my gold schnauzer charm on your charm bracelet, where it can rest in between the poodle and the bone charm or the paw print and the gold scottie charm.
