Description: Do you have a singing beagle in your home? I’ve never had one share my home, but have often lived in neighborhoods where their beautiful voices rang out occasionally. I never mind hearing the barking or baying of a dog as long as it’s not in the middle of the night, if you know what I mean! That is the thing that amazes me about people who let their dogs bark outside at night. I mean, aren’t they also kept awake by them? One thing about the beagle, it seems to reserve its beautiful voice for times when it’s needed, like chasing hare or rabbit. I’ve heard that in Scandinavia they even chase wild pig and deer. Wild pig! Now there’s an animal I wouldn’t want to pit a little beagle against. Beagles are determined little dogs, but when it comes to an animal which can be as ferocious as a wild hog, you’d think they would need a bit of protection. Of course I’m letting my ignorance glare all across the internet because I’m not a hunter and I’m sure these faithful dogs are not put in any danger. It’s just that I just finished researching some information about wild boar and I definitely gained some respect for their warrior status!
