For years I had a gold colored clay cat in my line of jewelry. I decided I wanted to recreate that look in the epoxy enamel painted version. I love this result! It isn't gold, but then again the clay version wasn't truly gold colored either.
However, there's enough of a whiff of that color tone that you can wear this with most clothing that would also be enhanced by the color gold.
Do you know what color I think is beautiful with this color? A rich and beautiful emerald green. There's just something about that combination that is just yummy to me. That's right, colors to me have flavor in their various intensities, strange but true.
If you do decide to wear or give this enamel topaz fat cat pin, feel free to combine it (assuming you have pierced ears, of course) with the matching cat earrings. And by the way, if you don't have pierced ears but wear clip on earrings, just send me an email and I'll transfer them to clip- on backs at no extra charge. This only works for the dangle earrings, not the post ones.)
