To me, the color purple and the personality of the cat seem to be a good fit. Bold, beautiful, a little mysterious. You know what I mean?
Not that cats aren't sometimes extremely goofy. But of course they hope their goofiness goes unwitnessed. (You know what I mean, like the time your cat was gracefully walking along the edge of a shelf and then fell unceremoniously off.)
vBut my purple cat necklace is in honor of those more graceful moments of catdom, the ones they have nothing to be embarrassed by. And of course there are a lot more of those than the others. (At least I think so.)
Typical of The Magic Zoo, this is not a serious cat design either. Picture the little piece of string dangling just in front of this kitty, possibly just "captured' by those tiny purple paws. To me, this is one of my favorite cat poses, reminding me more of a kitten, or at least of the kitten residing somewhere in all cats. I'm thinking of our 14 year old cat Molly when she chased yarn dragged across the floor. Maybe she was a little slower than she used to be, but her heart was still in it.
Wouldn't this one be cute to wear with the purple cat earrings of the same design? You might try out this enamel purple cat necklace with some earrings to match. Or just wear it on its own, either way you're bound to hear a few comments about your enamel purple cat necklace!
