Small things are a lot of fun, and the little posts are my version of creating miniatures. What I am especially thrilled about is the way the painters were able to give these posts so much personality and warmth just in the way they were painted, and in the color choices that were used.

As with the yellow lab necklace and the dangling version of the yellow lab earrings, the warmth of the golden colored ear really sets off the design.

I think next to the black lab, the yellow lab is the most popular. It’s so hard to understand what makes people favor one dog color or breed over another. I’m assuming that all three of the various color variations of the lab have pretty much the same personality. Is this true? Then it seems that the popularity of the various colors would be more evenly divided.

Of course I don’t really know what I’m talking about. It’s possible they are evenly divided in popularity! My little theories don’t always hold up.
