Description: I would wear (in fact, I do wear) this enamel necklace with a scoop necked or v-necked blouse or dress. It is a subtle touch of holiday cheer, and can be worn with completely casual clothing or something a bit dressier. Put on the pretty poinsettia dangle earrings with this matching necklace and you’re all set for any holiday gathering. I think this little poinsettia set could become a holiday favorite. Here in Florida people sometimes plant their poinsettias after the holidays. I’ve not had great luck with getting them to grow, but my green thumb is often busier helping its owner design more jewelry than tending to yard work. I bet if I had the time to devote to it I could get some lovely poinsettias going full time on my property. Will this ever happen? I kind of doubt it. But as long as I’m able to MAKE poinsettia earrings, I’ll figure I’ve done my part promoting the beauty of this holiday plant. I’ll leave the gardening work to people like my friend Nancy, who has a truly green thumb. Undoubtedly she could get a Christmas poinsettia growing in the sandiest Florida yard.
