But of course it was created to be a fun piece of cat jewelry, one that would look at home with a halter top or a T-shirt. Not to say you couldn’t also wear it with that simple black dress! There’s something very nice to me about the juxtaposition of something meant to be “dressy” with something a little more down to earth.
