Description: And I say, why not? Purple is a great, a royal, and some would even say, a magical color. I think the form of the cat is such an aesthetic one, that free reign should be given to artists to make various and varied designs depicting this lovely creature. And there’s always the possibility that a desperate cat lover just has nothing to go with that beautiful purple silk blouse. The Magic Zoo to the rescue! You can see them all including the beautiful blue cat enamel earrings over at the enamel feline earrings page. You know, that’s one of the perks to enjoying life as a jewelry artist. I can create anything that I darn well please! Even something that some might potentially consider rather wacky, I can get away with it. And maybe, just maybe others will like it as well. Often it works that way, lucky for me. Maybe because when I was a child purple violets were one of my favorite flowers, I’ve always loved this color. And of course I’ve always loved cats. It all fits together. So why not a pair of enamel purple cat earrings? In this gigantic world of possibilities, the imagination is the one thing that has no limitations. Like the mind of a child (who has yet to be brainwashed into the idea that cats can only be depicted one way) the artist has the wonderful excuse of being an artist, with all the possibilities that allows. Actually, we all have this capability, but some of us just seem to forget to use it as time passes. Sigh. Maybe my enamel purple cat earrings will reawaken the artist in others. I would like that! |
