I know it’s just my personal opinion, but I’ve always felt like I could throw on a pair of black and white cat earrings and there would be no problem with anything I might happen to be wearing that particular day. Of course I’m more of a casual sort of woman, not big on wearing sparkly gowns. So for casual wear, these little cat earrings are the best.

Besides, black and white cats are eye catching as the real thing, so of course they are lovely as a pair of earrings as well.

There seem to be black and white cats in many different breed types. I’ve seen black and white wirehaired cats, black and white domestic short hair cats, and even black and white long haired cats. I’ve even seen a black and white hairless cat that had the black and white tone on the skin itself!

I sometimes wonder how these different color patterns evolved. When you realize that the original domestic cat was most likely of the tabby cat persuasion, it’s hard to see how all these variations evolved. Of course, I’m no geneticist, but it is fascinating stuff. I have the classic calico cat now in enamel earrings and my own color palette that you'll see at my enamel cat earring collection.

But as to matters closer to hand, this particular version of my playful cat earrings are quite a pleasure to wear, and ought to encourage a few complements to flow in your direction.
