To me, grey is an underrated color. In a pussycat or an item of clothing, even in a piece of jewelry, grey is a color that seems to complement just about anything and everything.
A good friend of mine has a wonderful grey tom cat named Sasha who has a personality as soft and sweet as the color of his coat. Laura has two small children, and Sasha puts up with their antics in a completely forgiving and gentle manner.
I've often marveled at the gentleness of male cats. I don't know if it's related to the fact that this one's a neutered male. I like to think that its just his innate personality.
One of the most beautiful grey cats is the Russian Blue. Now my cat isn't meant to be a particular breed, especially one with such a fancy name, but he could represent one, I suppose.
If you have a grey cat, it might be fun to wear my grey cat pin. On the other hand, this cat pin is also just for cat lovers who need something in grey. (Doesn't every one?)
You probably know by now, if you're familiar with my jewelry- making habits, that I like to make matching earrings for all of my enamel cat pins. So of course there is a cute little set of grey cat earrings to match the enamel grey cat pin. It seems like a good idea to me to at least offer that choice!
