Beautiful grey cat jewelry- so many colors go well with grey! I’d wear this pin on a red sweater, a black jacket, or something blue-green. I love color and find that grey can soften and enhance a lot of other colors. All this is addition to the fact that grey cats are lovely in and of themselves. My friend Laura has a grey cat named Sasha- a sweet soft cat that may be a Russian Blue, but due to the fact he was adopted his actual parentage is unknown. But isn’t that a great name? And it suits him so well. Here’s a little bit of information about the Russian Blue cat breed: They are thought to have originated in a port town near the Artic Circle. The original Russian Blues were popular in England in the late 1900s. The Blues at that time had orange eyes instead of the current green. They have fine bones and a sinuous body type. Something I find sweet is that they get quite attached to their owner. They’re described as being quiet, shy and gentle animals. This describes Sasha pretty much to a T!  So perhaps that is he indeed has this royal lineage. (To me, “Russian Blue” just sounds elegantly royal.) Perhaps you own a Russian blue, or maybe you just like grey cats in general, or are fond of the color grey. It matters not! If you like my grey cat design, you can have your own reasons and keep them all to yourself.
