I’ve created many a whimsical animal pin, for over 25 years now. Every design is my original, and I put a lot of heart into each one! In the old days of The Magic Zoo, I only used one medium to create my pins in- the colorful clay. I’ve expanded my horizons with many other choices now, as you can see in my web store.

Many women have a favorite pin. A pin can express love, whimsy or even represent a special person or animal in your life. I create pins that are cute without being cutesy-lifelike without being completely representational.  I’ll bet you could find a Magic Zoo pin for practically any occasion.

Some of my customers are pin collectors. My own sister- in- law has a huge selection of my pins, many of which I’d given her throughout the years and others that she inherited from my mother when she passed away. Reda wears a Magic Zoo pin almost every day to work. What a gal!

I’m a fan of pins. They’re easy to change, effective aesthetically as a piece of jewelry and they can be real conversation starters, avoiding those awkward silent moments. You can always point to your dog pin and say “Guess where I got this?” and get the conversation rolling and make me happy at the same time!
